We invoice you without VAT

The Canary Islands sit outside Spanish VAT territory, so your invoice is issued without VAT. Import duties and local tax (IGIC) on arrival are yours to settle there; check them with your accountant, as they depend on the goods and on your situation.

Shipping quoted, not guessed

Island shipping is not covered by the mainland shipping rate: cost depends on volume and destination island. We work it out when preparing your order and you see it itemised on the proforma invoice before paying anything.

No minimum order here either

We do not ask for extra volume because you are on an island. You can start small to see how the models sell in your shop and restock what works. What does pay off is grouping: on island freight one large shipment beats three small ones.

Questions from Canary Island retailers

How long does an order to Tenerife or Las Palmas take?
Longer than to the mainland, where delivery takes about 24-72 hours depending on the carrier. Island lead time depends on the shipping line and customs clearance, so we give you a specific date when confirming the order rather than a generic promise.
Who handles customs?
Clearance into the Canary Islands is handled by the consignee. We prepare the goods with the invoice and the paperwork the carrier needs; clearance and IGIC are settled by your company there.
Can I order single pairs to test?
Yes. We work mix and match: you choose model, colour and sizes one by one. It is the sensible way to try a new supplier when you are a thousand kilometres away.
