Orders & purchases
Is there a minimum order for wholesale purchases?
No, there is no minimum order — neither in pairs nor in euros. You can place an order for any quantity you need. Shipping is calculated and charged separately once the order is prepared.
How do I place an order?
First you need to register as a professional and wait for your account to be approved. Once approved, you can view wholesale prices, add products to your cart and confirm your order. You'll receive a proforma invoice with the total amount including shipping and taxes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit or debit card, and cash payment at our warehouse in Elche (up to a maximum of €1,000 as required by current legislation).
Can I mix models and sizes in the same order?
Yes, you can freely combine different models, colours and sizes in one order. You don't need to order full boxes or fixed size runs.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we offer personalised discounts for larger volume orders. The discount depends on the type of footwear and quantities requested. Contact us in advance so we can prepare a tailored offer for you.
What is a proforma invoice and how does it work?
When you place an order, we send you a proforma invoice including the product amount, shipping cost and applicable taxes. The order is confirmed once payment is received. This system lets you know the exact total cost before paying anything.
Shipping & delivery
How long does shipping to mainland Spain take?
Shipments to mainland Spain are delivered within 24-48 business hours once the proforma payment is confirmed and the order is prepared.
Do you ship to other European countries or outside the EU?
Yes, we ship to the entire European Union and outside it as well. International shipping times and costs vary by destination. Contact us for a shipping quote to your area.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated once the order is prepared, as it depends on weight, volume and destination. It is included in the proforma invoice so you know the total amount before paying. Shipping is charged separately from product prices.
Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
Yes, you can visit our warehouse in Elche (C/ Almansa 65, Unit 3 — 03206 Elche, Alicante, Spain) and pick up your goods in person and on the spot. This saves you shipping costs and allows you to see the products directly.
Can I send my own carrier to collect the goods?
Yes, you can send your own logistics company or carrier to collect the goods from our warehouse. You just need to provide us with the carrier details to coordinate the pickup.
Returns & warranty
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns for manufacturing defects. Any change or return must be approved by our company before sending back the goods. The timeframe is as established by current legislation for B2B wholesale sales between professionals.
What should I do if I receive a defective product?
If you detect a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the defect. We will review the case and guide you through the return or replacement process.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Contact us via the contact form, email or phone before sending any goods back. Returns without prior authorisation are not accepted. Once approved, we'll provide the address and shipping conditions.
Registration & account
Who can buy from Calzados JAM?
Calzados JAM is a wholesale footwear distributor exclusively for professionals. Self-employed professionals, companies (Ltd., Corp.), intra-EU customers (with a VAT number) and non-EU customers can register. We do not sell to consumers.
How do I register as a wholesale customer?
Complete the registration form with your business details, billing and shipping address, and attach your tax documentation (tax ID, self-employment certificate, etc.). We'll review your application and send you an email when your account is approved.
How long does account approval take?
We review registration requests within less than 24 business hours. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email and be able to access the catalogue with wholesale prices.
What documents do I need to register?
It depends on your customer type:
- Self-employed: self-employment certificate or tax authority document
- Company (Ltd., Corp.): company tax ID
- Intra-EU: valid VAT number (automatically verified via VIES)
- Non-EU: tax documentation from your country
Why can't I see the prices?
Wholesale prices are only visible to registered and approved customers. This allows us to offer exclusive conditions to professionals. Register to see prices and place orders.

Is the footwear made in Spain?
A large part of our catalogue is footwear made in Spain, especially in Elche, the capital of Spanish footwear. We also carry selected international brands. You can check the country of origin on each product page.
What types of footwear do you offer?
We offer a complete catalogue of footwear for women, men and children: shoes, sandals, boots, ankle boots, trainers, loafers, platforms, ballerinas and more. We work with multiple brands and update the catalogue each season.
What sizes are available?
Our size range varies by category:
- Women: 35-42 (EU)
- Men: 39-47 (EU)
- Children: 20-38 (EU)
Is the stock shown on the website in real time?
Yes, availability and sizes are updated in real time. If a size shows as available on the product page, you can add it to your cart with confidence.
When do you publish new collections?
We update the catalogue with spring-summer and autumn-winter collections each season. New styles appear in the New Arrivals section so you can discover them easily.
