Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order and no box requirement: order loose pairs in the sizes your shop needs, or full and half boxes if that suits you better.
Can I see prices without registering?
Wholesale prices are only visible to registered professionals. Registration is free and validated within 24 business hours.
What are the payment terms?
Every order, including the first, comes with a pro forma invoice showing our bank details: you pay it by bank transfer and the order ships as soon as we receive the payment. For now this is the only way to pay remotely: there are no deferred payment terms and no payment on delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to mainland Spain: EUR 11.50 net if the order goes in a single parcel; from 2 parcels, EUR 10.00 net per parcel (2 parcels, EUR 20.00). Shipping is charged separately from the product prices and is shown on the pro forma invoice. Balearic and Canary Islands: please ask us for the shipping cost.
Do you ship outside Spain?
We ship throughout the European Union, wherever FedEx or GLS delivers: usually in 3-7 days, at the carrier's rates. To France we ship with FedEx: usually 3-7 days, depending on how busy the carrier is, at its rates. Outside the European Union, please ask us.

At Calzados JAM you sign up for free with your tax details and, once your account is validated, you see the wholesale prices and order online from our warehouse in the Carrús industrial estate (Elche). No minimum order and no box requirement: order loose pairs in the sizes your shop needs, or full and half boxes if that suits you better.
Can I buy wholesale footwear to resell if I'm just starting my business?
Yes, as long as you buy as a professional: self-employed or a company, with a physical or online shop. When you register we ask for your tax ID; we don't sell to private individuals. Your premises don't need to be open yet: if you are setting up, tell us when you sign up.
