Category names repeat on purpose: "Boat Shoes" exists under both "Men Winter" and "Men Summer", and they are different categories. Always map by category_slugs (unique, stable key) or by category_paths (the "Parent > Child" hierarchy). Mapping by the name in categories will cause collisions and duplicates.

What is a footwear catalog API?
It is an interface that lets your online shop connect directly to our catalogue and automatically retrieve product data: references, descriptions, wholesale prices, sizes and high-resolution images. No more uploading and updating products by hand.
Which platforms are compatible with the API?
Our REST API is compatible with any platform that supports data import: Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping and any system that works with JSON or CSV.
Can I use the API to sell on Amazon and other marketplaces?
Yes. You can use the API to feed multichannel listing tools (such as ChannelAdvisor, Lengow or BaseLinker) that automatically publish your products on Amazon, eBay, Miravia, Zalando and other marketplaces.
Does the API include available units per size?
No. The API returns the catalogue - references, prices, sizes and images - but it does not publish stock units. JSON responses may take up to 15 minutes to reflect a change. Availability is confirmed when we prepare the order, and if you need to secure a specific size before selling it, get in touch. We recommend syncing at least once a day to keep prices and listings current.
Do I need technical knowledge to use the API?
To have your shop update itself, yes: you need a developer or some programming knowledge, because the token goes in a header that URL-based import apps do not send. Without programming, you can download the catalogue as a CSV from your customer area and upload it with your shop’s importer.
Are product images included in the API?
Yes. Each product includes all its photos in high resolution, from several angles, and each one also as a JPG (jpg_url in the API; image_url_jpg and image_urls_jpg in the CSV), the format that Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Amazon accept. Download them to your shop or server instead of linking to them.
What is the minimum order to access the API?
There is no minimum order to access the API. You just need to register as a wholesale customer and, once we approve your account, generate your token from your customer dashboard. API access is included at no additional cost.
Can I export the catalog as CSV if I don't use the API?
Yes. In your customer area, API section, you can download the full catalog as a CSV file, ready for your store importer, in your language and filtered by category, with no token needed. To view it in Excel, open it via Data › From Text/CSV. If you want your store to import it automatically, your token gives you the full catalog in the same format, always up to date, at /api/v1/products.csv.
How do I start using the Calzados JAM API?
Register as a wholesale customer at calzadosjam.es. Once we approve your account, go to your customer dashboard, open the “API” section and generate your token with one click: from then on you will have access to the entire catalogue.
