What is a footwear catalog API?
It is an interface that allows your online store to connect directly with our catalog to automatically retrieve product data: references, descriptions, wholesale prices, available stock per size and high-resolution images. This way you avoid uploading and updating products manually.
Which platforms are compatible with the API?
Our REST API is compatible with any platform that supports data import: Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping and any system that works with JSON or CSV.
Can I use the API to sell on Amazon and other marketplaces?
Yes. You can use the API to feed multichannel listing tools (such as ChannelAdvisor, Lengow or BaseLinker) that automatically publish your products on Amazon, eBay, Miravia, Zalando and other marketplaces.
How often are prices and stock updated?
The API data reflects the current state of our catalog in real time. We recommend syncing at least once a day to keep prices and availability up to date in your store.
Do I need technical knowledge to use the API?
For direct integration, basic programming knowledge or access to a developer is recommended. However, many platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce have import plugins that work with REST APIs without the need to code.
Are product images included in the API?
Yes. Each product includes high-resolution image URLs served from a CDN. You can reference them directly or download them to your server. We include multiple angles per product.
Do you offer a dropshipping service with the API?
Yes. You can use our API to keep your store updated and place orders directly from your customer dashboard at calzadosjam.es. We prepare and ship the order to your customer or your warehouse.
What is the minimum order to access the API?
There is no minimum order to access the API. You just need to register as a wholesale customer and generate your token from your customer dashboard. API access is included at no additional cost.
Can I export the catalog as CSV if I don't use the API?
The API returns data in JSON format that you can easily convert to CSV with any tool. If you need a direct CSV export, contact us and we will help you with the integration.
