Connect your Shopify store with our footwear catalog

Automatically import products, wholesale prices, sizes and images into your Shopify store with our REST API.

Step 1: Get your API Key

Sign up at calzadosjam.es and, once we approve your account, generate a token in the API section of your customer dashboard.

Step 2: Import the catalogue

Download the CSV from your customer area, adapt its columns to the Shopify importer or Matrixify template and upload it. To automate it, use a script that reads our API and calls the Shopify Admin API.

Step 3: Set up synchronization

Schedule your script (a cron job on your server) to fetch the changes with updated_since every day and, once a week, download the full CSV to remove discontinued products.

Step 4: Publish and sell

The products appear in your shop with photos, sizes and price, and with the scheduled script they stay up to date by themselves.

Use the updated_since parameter to fetch only products modified since your last sync.

Import the photos as JPG (image_urls_jpg in the CSV, jpg_url in the API): Shopify does not accept AVIF, the format of the originals.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need coding skills to connect Shopify?

For the first import, no: you download the CSV from your customer area, adapt its columns to the Shopify or Matrixify template and upload it. To keep it updating by itself you do need a script, because our API takes the token in a header that URL-based import apps do not send. A developer can build it with the Shopify Admin API in a few hours.

Are prices updated automatically?

Yes, by setting up a daily sync. Our API returns the catalogue and prices with at most a 15-minute delay. Note that it does not include available units: availability is confirmed when the order is prepared.

Are images imported into Shopify?

Yes: use the JPG URLs (image_urls_jpg in the CSV, jpg_url in the API). Shopify downloads them and stores them on its own CDN. The originals are AVIF files, which Shopify does not accept.
